What is included in my
WTZ ATHLETES Membership?
 WEEKLY TRAINING CALLS WITH EXPERIENCED WTZ TRAINERS
 
The purpose of these weekly virtual calls is to help young athletes...

  1. Learn mental skills and practice some of the tools that will elevate their performance
  2. Understand and practice better communication skills
  3. Address concerns they have regarding the mental game
  4. Provide an opportunity for athletes to collaborate and share their challenges and successes
  
 MONTHLY “HANGOUTS”
 This monthly event will allow athletes to take their mental game to a deeper level. We will review film from competitions, with a focus on understanding how non-verbals, such as body language and posture can impact the mental game.  
 
 QUARTERLY WORKSHOPS
 Every few months, WTZ trainers will present a virtual workshop on important mental skills. Upcoming topics include “How to Overcome Adversity” and “How to Encourage Empathy in your Athletes.”

 24/7 access to WTZ trainers for mental training support throughout the year.    
 
 MORNING MOTIVATORS
 Each week, WTZ athletes will receive three inspirational messages sent directly to their phone and/or email     .
 
 ARCHIVED TRAINING CALLS AND WORKSHOPS
Athletes are busy! If they are unable to attend a live training call or workshop, they can access the replay on our website.

In youth sports, it is important to focus on participation and personal growth rather than always winning. Encouraging a growth mindset instead of a fixed mindset can help young athletes learn from their mistakes and persevere towards their goals.

Confidence in sports means having a positive belief in your abilities and the ability to perform under pressure. Maintaining a confident mindset can help athletes overcome challenges and push themselves to reach their full potential.

Do I have to be an athlete to join this program?
No. Any person who is interested in reaching their full potential in school, hobbies, work and/or life will benefit from WTZ ATHLETES. Many of the examples we share will be athlete-focused, but the skills are universal and transferrable to any area of life.


I have two athletes at home. Can they share a membership?
Yes. Our policy is one WTZ ATHLETES membership per household. Everyone can learn to be mentally tough!

Do I need this membership during the off-season?
Think of this membership like you would a gym membership. The more you use it, the more you will benefit. Mental training even in the off-season will keep you mentally sharp for when your season rolls around again.


Can I get coached privately?
Yes! Our trained coaches can help you improve your mental skills on an individual basis.




Can I pay for the year in full?
Yes. Choose the annual membership option when you register. If you start monthly and decide to switch to annual, just let us know. It’s a great way to save money!


How difficult is it to cancel membership?
It’s easy. Just click here to cancel your membership. We appreciate you, and we don’t want to force anyone to stay if it isn’t a good fit.
